You can make a difference.  With this informational workbook you have general information you need to help yourself and others.  The Vietnam Veterans of America's goal is to empower veterans so that they can improve their life and livelihood, which includes care and treatment for their mental and physical wellbeing.  The help our veterans, their dependents and survivors receive now, will have an effect on future generations.
We cannot change the past, it's history; but we can help ourselves and others make changes for a better future.  Vietnam Veterans of America, we care.
The information in this workbook was complied from information received from the Department of Veterans Affairs, California Department of Veterans and other resources.  This information is brief and general, and does not include all benefits.  The purpose of this workbook is to give you an idea of what benefits are available and where to seek additional information and assistance to apply for those benefits.  Dudley  CSC
